I am meeting the author of this book tonight for a pint and a blether in EK. Should be lots to talk about, two Brigton punters from different generations and a chance hopefully to compare the different eras and experiences as lived.

I have been looking for this in Waterstone's without success. Do you know when its coming out Wull? When I met the author he said it would be out in a fortnight. the author is waiting on the publisher he was given a new date of mid July. I can assure you you will get the book, I have personally met the author and he is a lovely man ..... I am looking forward to my own copy.

The author wrote to me today ....... problems at the printers ...outwith his control.
Upset so he is.....however he has been given a date for release now as the end of August

I had a wee, brief look at this book in Ottakar's. There sure is plenty of it. Will get it when I have a bit more time.

I met the author today and got a lovely signed copy from him as a gift.
Sales are going well and many Glesca Pals now have signed copies of John's Glesca book.
